Who this page is for

This page exists so that anyone — platform reviewers, the Brand itself, or any individual whose data may have been touched by the app — can clearly understand how to request deletion of data held by the Bendy BethC Content Agent.

The App is a content management and analytics dashboard operated by the Bendy BethC chronic illness advocacy brand. It is not available for public sign-up, so most visitors to this page will not have any personal data held by the App. This page documents the deletion process anyway, because platform compliance requires it and because we want the process to be obvious.

What data the App may hold

TikTok API data — the Brand’s own account’s public profile info and published video metadata, retrieved via the user.info.basic and video.list scopes. Retained in a refresh cache only as long as needed for analytics and display.
Meta Graph API data — the Brand’s own Instagram and Facebook Page account data, retrieved for the same purposes.
Access tokens — encrypted OAuth tokens for the Brand’s authorized social accounts.
Creator content drafts and calendar entries — created by the authorized creator account owner inside the dashboard.
Hosting access logs — standard server logs from Vercel (IP, user-agent, path, timestamp) used for operational monitoring.

What the App does NOT hold

Data from TikTok accounts other than the one the Brand owns and has authorized
Data from Instagram or Facebook accounts other than the ones the Brand owns and operates
Any data about individual TikTok viewers or followers, beyond the aggregate counts that TikTok exposes on each video
Advertising or cross-site tracking profiles of any kind

Requesting deletion — Brand account owner

If you are the owner of the @bendybethc TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account and you want to revoke this App’s access and delete all cached data, you have two options:

Option A — Revoke from TikTok directly

Open TikTok and go to Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions
Find bendy-bethc-content-agent in the list
Tap “Remove access”

Once access is revoked, the App will no longer be able to read any data from the account. Cached TikTok data will be deleted within 30 days.

Option B — Email us directly

Send an email to bendybethc@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the account handle and the platform. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Requesting deletion — anyone else

If you believe the App holds data about you for any other reason — for example, you contacted the Brand by email, left a comment on a Brand post that we referenced, or were mentioned in an analytics report — you can request deletion by emailing bendybethc@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

In your email, please include:

The best email, handle, or identifier to locate the data
A brief description of what data you want deleted
Confirmation that you are the owner of that data

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we are required to retain something by law.

Deletion timeline

Within 24 hours — when you revoke OAuth access, the App stops being able to make API calls on behalf of your account
Within 5 business days — we confirm receipt of any emailed request and begin processing
Within 30 days — all cached data and access tokens are deleted from the App’s storage

Data already published publicly by the Brand to TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook will remain on those platforms and must be removed through each platform separately. This deletion process only covers data held by the Bendy BethC Content Agent itself.

Platform-specific notes

TikTok

TikTok’s own data retention is governed by their Privacy Policy. Disconnecting this App does not delete anything from TikTok itself.
